Dalia Pelayo is 13 years old in 8th grade and is currently living in San Diego, California after moving from Santa Rosa, California about a year ago. She was born in Honolulu, Oahu (where her mom currently lived at the time and her dad was stationed in the army) and lived there for a couple of months before moving to San Diego so her mom could attend a good nursing school. But after her parents divorced, she and her baby sister were moved to Santa Rosa, California in 2010. There she lived with her mom, stepdad, and six other siblings. But in 2016 her mom thought it'd only be fair if she and her other sister lived with their dad for two years. Now she currently goes to Bonita Vista Middle School and takes a liking to creative writing, photography, videography, and piano playing. Dalia's been into photography and videography ever since she was 7. She's scheduled photo shoots with her friends, takes private lessons in North Park's digital gym, and attended a film camp in the summer of 2017. Dalia enrolled into her new CTE class hoping it'd add to her list of experience for high school. After high school, she hopes to attend New York's Film Academy where she can pursue her hobby.
